Argentina to Face Brazil in Copa America Final

Dramatic Shootout Victory over Colombia

Argentina will face Brazil in the Copa America final after they beat Colombia 3-2 in a shootout on Tuesday following a 1-1 draw in the semi-final match.

Lautaro Martinez scored the winning penalty for Argentina, sending Colombia goalkeeper David Ospina the wrong way after the match had finished 1-1 following extra time.

Luis Diaz had given Colombia the lead in the 61st minute, but Lautaro Martinez equalized for Argentina just four minutes later.

The match was a tense and evenly contested affair, with both teams having chances to win the game in regular time.

Argentina will now face Brazil in the final on Saturday, in a repeat of the 2020 Copa America final which Brazil won 1-0.
